It ran for two seasons on Kanal 2. In\u00a0 2017, Antena 1 in Romania commissioned its own version of the\u00a0U\u015fakl\u0131gil novel, titled\u00a0<em>Fructul Oprit.\u00a0<\/em>Y\u00f6ren\u00e7 and\u00a0Gen\u00e7o\u011flu filed suit early last year, alleging that\u00a0<em>Fructul Oprit\u00a0<\/em>featured storylines and characters from\u00a0<em>A\u015fk-\u0131 Memnu <\/em>that had not appeared in the book.<\/p>\n<p>According to a statement from the screenwriters, Antena 1 has been ordered to cease all linear and on-demand broadcasts of the series.
