Endemol Shine International has closed a deal with NHK Enterprises (NEP) in Japan for the hit U.S. series Younger<\/em>.<\/p>\n

From Sex and the City<\/em> creator Darren Star, Younger stars two-time Tony winner Sutton Foster in the role of Liza, a woman who lies about her age at her job in the highly competitive world of publishing. Season six premiered in the U.S. last June, and season seven has been confirmed and will start production in 2020. NEP has picked up multiple seasons.<\/p>\n

Matt Creasey, executive VP of sales and acquisitions for the Americas, Asia, Australia and New Zealand at Endemol Shine International, commented: “ESI is thrilled that NHK has secured Younger<\/em> for their Japanese audience.
