ATV is launching the historical drama The Ottoman<\/em> with a special event in Cannes, in the attendance of lead actor Burak \u00d6z\u00e7ivit.<\/p>\n

In the series, \u00d6z\u00e7ivit stars as Osman, the father of the Ottoman Empire. The drama will shed light on Turkish history and how the Ottoman Empire was built.<\/p>\n

\u00d6z\u00e7ivit will take part in a Q&A with international press on Tuesday, October 15. Mehmet Bozdag, producer of The Ottoman<\/em>, will be on hand to reveal the first footage from the series.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
