Behind closed doors, each seemingly ordinary woman is struggling with a moral and ethical crisis.<\/p>\n<p>The thriller stars Anna Friel (<em>Marcella<\/em>, <em>Butterfly<\/em>), Sin\u00e9ad Keenan (<em>Little Boy Blue<\/em>) and Rosalind Eleazar (<em>Howards End<\/em>, <em>Rellik<\/em>). Produced by Kudos for ITV, the six-parter was adapted by Anna Symon (<em>Mrs Wilson<\/em>, <em>Indian Summer<\/em>s) from the Windermere series of novels by Paula Daly.<\/p>\n<p><em>Deep Water<\/em> is produced by Rebecca Hodgson (<em>Free Rein<\/em>, <em>Good Cop<\/em>, <em>The Road to Coronation Street<\/em>), directed by Harry Wootliff (<em>Only You<\/em>) with Karen Wilson (<em>The Tunnel<\/em>, <em>Utopia<\/em>, <em>Hustle<\/em>), Diederick Santer (<em>Tin Star<\/em>, <em>Man in an Orange Shirt<\/em>, <em>Grantchester<\/em>) and Anna Symon as executive producers.<\/p>\n<p>Sophie Leveaux, artistic director of acquisitions and international drama development at TF1, commented: &#8220;We are pleased with the acquisition of <em>Deep Water<\/em> and will soon offer this series to TF1 viewers. Its production quality, its brilliant writing and its formidable cast will make <em>Deep Water<\/em> a great asset for TF1\u2019s programming.
