Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP) Germany is teaming up with Marc Schie\u00dfer, Marcel Becker-Neu and Tobias Lohf, founders of Outside the Club and the creative minds behind the hit web series Wishlist<\/em>, on a new drama series.<\/p>\n

The series is being developed for the German and European market for premium TV\/VOD release. It will comprise ten one-hour episodes and is already at an advanced stage of development.<\/p>\n

Schie\u00dfer, co-producer, writer\/creator and director of the series, said: “Having already successfully redefined the boundaries of the web series format with Wishlist<\/em>, we are now eager to meet the next challenge, namely the realization of a long drama series. There has never been a better time for courageous, exciting and visually daring serial storytelling.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lohf, Outside the Club co-partner, added: “Warner Bros. is the ideal ally for this project. We are very happy to be collaborating on equal footing, and our cooperation has quickly borne creative fruit.”<\/p>\n

Tim Rostock, executive producer of co-productions at WBITVP, said: “With their previous production Wishlist<\/em>, Marc Schie\u00dfer, Marcel Becker-Neu and Tobias Lohf have proven their outstanding talent for a dense and powerful narrative. At the same time, the three have an incredible instinct for authentic characters and strong plotlines. We are delighted to be developing and producing the next series project together as partners at eye level.”<\/p>\n
