In association with the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises culturelles (SODEC), the Qu\u00e9bec cultural agency,\u00a0<em>World Screen<\/em>\u00a0is spotlighting this dynamic industry and its presence at MIPCOM this year.<\/p>\n<p>Overseen by Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s Minister of Culture and Communication, SODEC promotes and supports the development of Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s cultural industry, at home and abroad.
