With COVID-19-related precautions in place, Canada’s BRB Pictures\u00a0has been able to wrap production on its first project, the TV movie Christmas Forgiveness<\/em>.<\/p>\n

BRB Pictures\u00a0worked with British Columbia\u2019s unions and guilds and the film\u2019s cast and crew to create an environment where people can return safely to work. The film is being handled in Canada by Jhod\u00a0Cardinal\u2019s\u00a0Upstream\u00a0Flix\u00a0and internationally by Nicely Entertainment,\u00a0the company formed by\u00a0former Gaumont executive\u00a0Vanessa Shapiro.<\/p>\n

\u201cBRB Pictures\u00a0has been working\u00a0hard\u00a0to adapt production to the new physical distancing realities,\u00a0and we have\u00a0implemented numerous protocols to mitigate the risk of contracting COVID-19 on set,\u201d said\u00a0Jenni\u00a0Baynham, executive producer. \u201cDr. Bonnie Henry,\u00a0Provincial Health Officer for British Columbia,\u00a0has provided incredible\u00a0leadership throughout this pandemic, and we\u2019ve tried to echo her sensibility with our safety protocols on set.\u00a0The efforts we\u2019ve seen across B.C. have allowed our industry to reopen quickly, which we\u2019re extremely grateful for, and we continue to work diligently to ensure production moves forward with the cast and crew\u2019s safety as our utmost priority.\u201d<\/p>\n
