Coming up is the first season of\u00a0<em>Trickster<\/em>\u00a0for CBC and APTN, an indigenous supernatural-inspired drama series based on the award-winning bestseller <em>Son of a Trickster<\/em> trilogy by Eden Robinson.<\/p>\n<p>This follows on Datsit Sphere&#8217;s acquisition of BGM from Kew just last week.<\/p>\n<p>Bruno Dub\u00e9, president and CEO of Datsit Sphere, said: &#8220;We are proud to welcome the exceptional talent of Jennifer Kawaja and Julia Sereny and of all the Sienna team to our company. The addition of Sienna Films to our talented and creative team best known for prime-time drama and comedy, <em>Transplant<\/em>, <em>19-2<\/em>, <em>Rumours<\/em> and <em>This Life<\/em>, will give us to the opportunity to increase our production capacities in scripted television and feature films, for which the demand is growing rapidly around the world.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kawaja said: &#8220;Sienna has always produced stories from diverse creators and filmmakers that\u00a0take us into highly specific worlds.\u00a0Datsit Sphere is a great platform from which to strengthen and build on the work we have done with our team.
