Five of the projects are from British Columbia, two hail from Manitoba, two are from Nunavut, and four each are from Ontario and Quebec. Applications for funding were evaluated by a jury composed of individuals from Indigenous communities. Jury members were Jason Lewis, Melissa Mollen Dupuis and Jason Ryle.<\/p>\n<p>Including this round of funding, since 2010, the CMF has invested more than C$59.7 million ($47.4 million) in 125 Canadian Aboriginal productions through the Aboriginal Program.
