Bourdon will begin at the National Film Board of Canada\u00a0on August 2.<\/p>\n<p>Bourdon has worked in the international film and television industry for more than 25 years. She began her career as president of Bourdon Audiovisual, which for many years distributed a part of the NFB\u2019s collection to the education sector. She has also been the director of international sales and senior director of business development at Juste pour rire (Just for Laughs), the president of FarMore Distribution, executive producer at Salambo TV, and more recently VP of distribution at Beauty World Search (<em>The Fashion Hero<\/em>).
