This round of funding included, the CMF has provided more than C$154.3 million ($118.4 million) in production funding to 268 projects since the Experimental Stream was created in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Production support provides funding for the creation of a final, market-ready version of an eligible project and preliminary marketing and commercialization activities. As a result of the funding, consumers will have access to new interactive digital content, including nine games, three software applications and two platforms using virtual reality.<\/p>\n<p>Projects from Webilize Applications, Studio Sauropode and MinorityVR are\u00a0among those to receive funding in\u00a0this round.<\/p>\n<p>A jury of Canadian and international industry specialists evaluated the innovation and production team criteria of projects receiving production support. The jury for this round of funding included Stephane D&#8217;Astous, Richard Lachman, Laurent Lasalle, Jason Lewis, Isabelle Marazzani, Liz Rosenthal, Patrice Slupowski and Paula Zuccotti.
