She will be responsible for managing a team of development execs to invest the network&#039;s creative development fund.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPreviously, Kajpust served as the director of programming for NSI, where she led the development of all new programs and oversaw the delivery of all NSI courses, among other duties. Earlier in her career, she worked at Super Channel as a creative development representative for Manitoba. She also has experience as a story editor, industry juror and workshop facilitator.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;We are thrilled to have Melissa rejoin us at Super Channel,&quot; stated Knox. &quot;She brings not only a wealth of development knowledge and expertise to the role, but also a deep commitment and passion for the development of the film and television industry in Canada.
