He will be charged with developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing YouTube talent and with brands looking to create original digital content. He is also responsible&nbsp;for supervising the renovation of Boat Rocker Studios, which is based in downtown Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPrior to his appointment, Pacheco served as the digital director of Just for Laughs. Before that he was a media strategist for&nbsp;Cossette&nbsp;Communications and&nbsp;Touch&eacute;!
