His initial responsibility is to form a strong team to create innovative digital and video projects.&nbsp;<font class=\"Apple-style-span\">Prior to his promotion, Pratte was the director of strategy and business development.<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\" class=\"Apple-style-span\">John Young, the company&#8217;s managing director, remarked:&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;Michel has been with Temple Street since 2008 and has excelled in various corporate development roles. He brings with him the unique and invaluable combination of strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the creative development process. Temple Street has made a commitment to expand our company to take advantage of new avenues for content creators in the digital and traditional media arenas.  Michel&#8217;s strong entrepreneurial work ethic made him the natural choice to lead our newly created Media Ventures division.
