With her new appointment, she will also oversee Mediacorp\u2019s customer engagement and programming across its multiple platforms. She succeeds Irene Lim as chief customer officer.<\/p>\n<p>Mediacorp CEO Tham Loke Kheng noted, \u201cWith her strong leadership and deep knowledge of the infocomm and media industry, Angeline has been a valuable member of our senior management team. Adding to that, with her strategic capabilities, business acumen and experience in transformation, she is well placed to take our customer engagement strategy to the next level as we accelerate our efforts to drive innovation across the organization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Poh added, \u201cAs Singapore\u2019s national media network, Mediacorp is at the center of a vibrant transmedia ecosystem, engaging over 3 million people in Singapore daily across four languages on our variety of TV, radio and digital platforms.
