This expansion comes one year after the initial launch of StarzPlay through Apple TV channels that included France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the U.K., Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia and Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>Through Apple TV channels, StarzPlay gives customers access to a lineup that includes Starz original series day-and-date with the U.S. Also available is curated content such as the award-winning series <em>Ramy<\/em> and <em>The Act<\/em> starring Patricia Arquette and Joey King, and a movie library that features thousands of titles. Customers in Japan can sign up now for a seven-day free trial and subscribe directly to StarzPlay on the Apple TV app for \u00a5600 per month.<\/p>\n<p>Superna Kalle, Starz executive VP of international digital networks, said: \u201cStarzPlay continues to gain popularity with viewers around the world.
