{"id":5267,"date":"2019-01-22T09:57:51","date_gmt":"2019-01-22T14:57:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tvasia\/hbo-asia-catchplay-team-original-taiwan-drama\/"},"modified":"2019-01-22T10:26:31","modified_gmt":"2019-01-22T15:26:31","slug":"hbo-asia-catchplay-team-for-original-taiwan-drama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvasia\/hbo-asia-catchplay-team-for-original-taiwan-drama\/","title":{"rendered":"HBO Asia &#038; CatchPlay Team for Original Taiwan Drama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HBO Asia is gearing up to launch its new original drama series <em>The World Between Us<\/em>, which will also be available on CatchPlay.<\/p>\n<p>The 10&#215;1-hour series follows the aftermath of a mass shooting where the fates of all parties involved\u2014the killer, the victims, the victims\u2019 families, the media and the defense teams\u2014are intertwined. The drama premieres in Asia on March 24 with two back-to-back episodes on HBO GO and HBO. In Taiwan, it will also be available on the CatchPlay On Demand platform.<\/p>\n<p>Two new episodes will debut at the same time every Sunday. The series will also be available on HBO On Demand. <em>The World Between Us<\/em> is produced by Taiwanese broadcaster Public Television Service (PTS) and will be jointly distributed by HBO Asia and CatchPlay outside of Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Spink, CEO of HBO Asia, said, \u201cFollowing the success of our first Taiwanese drama series, <em>The Teenage Psychic<\/em>, we are excited to once again be presenting intriguing content and stories from Taiwan that would resonate with our audience in the region.
