Additional pan-territory deals include Discovery licensing ITV\u2019s <em>Japandemonium<\/em>, which will air on Discovery Asia across Discovery\u2019s Southeast Asian markets.<\/p>\n<p>In India, Optimystix Entertainment India acquired the license for the format <em>Idiotest<\/em> and has produced 80 episodes of the series for Star Plus, while streaming service Hotstar featured the second-screen experience of play along for the show. Further, AETN18\u00a0picked up <em>Skin Wars: Fresh Paint<\/em> for FyiTV18 and renewed its license of <em>Dynamo: Magician Impossible<\/em>. Fox Life India acquired the series <em>Where to I Do<\/em> and <em>Chilli Hunter<\/em>, and the documentary <em>How the Rich Get Hitched<\/em>. <em>An Idiot Abroad<\/em> was picked up by Zee\u2019s Living Entertainment for its Living Foodz Channel.<\/p>\n<p>TVB in Hong Kong acquired factual-entertainment titles <em>The Class Next Door<\/em> and <em>Last Days of Pompeii<\/em>. NHK in Japan picked up a number of documentaries, including <em>Big Ben: Saving the World\u2019s Most Famous Clock<\/em>. MediaCorp in Singapore acquired the factual-entertainment series <em>Planes Gone Viral<\/em> and entertainment series <em>Japandemonium<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle Choi, a sales executive at Passion Distribution, said: &#8220;In Asia, OTT is not the future, it\u2019s now. The innovative media landscape opens up new opportunities for distributors as we see an increased appetite for content from VOD platforms.
