Most of [our] dramas share these kinds of elements, which appeal to and attract global buyers and are the reasons that CJ ENM\u2019s meeting tables are always full at markets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Music and food are brought together in the game-show format <em>Music Bites<\/em>, which CJ ENM is also presenting to international buyers in Cannes. \u201cWe don\u2019t see many game shows in\u00a0CJ ENM\u2019s lineup, but this recently launched format made a great landing in Korea,\u201d says Min.<\/p>\n<p><em>Love at First Song<\/em> looks on as individuals search for their soul mates through music. Min describes the format as being a mix of <em>American Idol<\/em> and <em>The Bachelor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Love Catcher<\/em>, meanwhile, puts a new spin on the typical dating-show format, with some participants who are pretending to be interested in making a romantic connection in order to earn money. \u201cWe have seen lots of matching dating shows but never a trick of fake love in that genre,\u201d Min says.<\/p>\n<p>Friendship, teamwork and problem solving are the main themes in the kids&#8217; animated series <em>Robot Trains<\/em>, which \u201cfeatures a variety of characters with their own distinctive personalities and skills, along with an attractive storyline,\u201d according to Joseph Kim, head of the global business team for the animation division at CJ ENM.<\/p>\n<p>The company is also promoting <em>Rainbow Ruby<\/em>, which is more of a girl-skewing property. \u201c<em>Rainbow Ruby<\/em> delivers the message that children can become anything they want with their passions and dreams,\u201d says Kim.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pucca<\/em>, meanwhile, is a globally successful brand that is being rebooted with an animated show. \u201cThe new series is to be launched in 2019 in the form of 3D CGI,\u201d adds Kim. \u201c<em>Pucca<\/em> will be appealing to every consumer group, regardless of age or gender.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A smart but merciless attorney takes center stage in Lawless Lawyer, one of CJ ENM\u2019s drama highlights.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[69],"tags":[1165],"class_list":["post-5053","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","","category-top-stories","tag-cj-enm"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 -
