The Asian Pitch (TAP) has announced the three winning projects from this year’s edition of its annual funding scheme.<\/p>\n
One of the recipients was Singing in the Wilderness<\/em> (China), directed by Dong-Nan Chen, about a Miao Farmers Chorus that becomes a national sensation after hiding in the mountains.<\/p>\n From Malaysia comes The Last of the Ring Ladies<\/em>, directed by Nova Goh, which follows Leng Lagenda’s journey to preserve the Ring Lady Heritage.<\/p>\n The other winner was Paradise Garden<\/em> (China), directed by Zhi-qi Pan, which tells the story of love and redemption between a mother and her son.<\/p>\n These three projects will be commissioned by broadcasters who will also retain the rights, with Looking Glass International handling international distribution and the TAP catalog.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Asian Pitch (TAP) has announced the three winning projects from this year’s edition of its annual funding scheme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":479,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[69],"tags":[1137,1085],"class_list":["post-4969","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","","category-top-stories","tag-tap","tag-the-asian-pitch"],"yoast_head":"\n
