He has held executive positions at 21st Century Fox, News Corporation and most recently Sky, where as group director of M&amp;A and international development, he led the acquisitions of Sky Italia and Sky Deutschland. He has been a non-executive director at iflix since March 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Brittiflix, iflix&#8217;s co-founder and group CEO, commented: &#8220;Anil\u2019s wealth of financial, corporate and industry expertise will be invaluable as our business continues to gain momentum in our mission to redefine entertainment for the next billion people. We have already benefited from Anil&#8217;s experience as a board member, and I am thrilled that he will now be even more closely involved in an executive capacity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jhingan added: \u201cI\u2019m delighted to be joining iflix at such an exciting time in its evolution and during a period of change within the industry.
