Her primary duties will include licensing TCFTVD content across pay TV, SVOD, AVOD, basic and free TV, as well as scripted format sales throughout such territories as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Wong was VP of English content channels at Sony Pictures Entertainment Networks, Asia, where she was on the senior management team and provided the overall and strategic leadership for the English content channels AXN and Sony Channel. She started her career at Sony in 2000 as director of acquisitions and scheduling for AXN.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have known Yan in a professional capacity for more than 20 years and I am delighted to now have her join our Asia-Pacific team,\u201d said Samuels. \u201cShe has well-established relationships across the entire region and a peerless reputation as a shrewd, innovative and creative executive.
