GEM is debuting I Can Sing in Japanese!<\/em> and Your Home Is My Business! Returns<\/em> at the same time as the two shows air in Japan.<\/p>\n

Viewers across Southeast Asia will be able to watch the singing contest and sequel to Nippon TV\u2019s original hit drama.\u00a0I Can Sing in Japanese!<\/em> is a singing competition hosted by Nakai Masahiro and Yukari Nishio that puts a spotlight on non-native Japanese singers who enjoy singing Japanese songs. Contestants will be judged by a panel that includes R&B and pop singer May J, singer-songwriter Tatsuya Ishii and musician Tetsuya Komuro. I Can Sing in Japanese! Spring 2017<\/em> premieres on GEM at the same time as Japan on May 13, at 6 p.m. GEM will also broadcast a TV special one hour before the premiere featuring the shortlisted finalists selected from GEM\u2019s inaugural Southeast Asia auditions held in Singapore.<\/p>\n

In addition, Nippon TV\u2019s original hit series Your Home Is My Business!<\/em>, returns for a special episode on Friday, May 26, at 8 p.m. on GEM at the same time as Japan. The series follows the adventures of genius real estate agent Machi Sangenya, who, more often than not, gets tangled up in the personal problems of her clients. The series is set two years after Machi left Teiko Real Estate, when she returns to work for two weeks as a temporary employee with the task of saving the struggling company.<\/p>\n
