Hidetoshi Hiramatsu, currently Nippon TV\u2019s managing director of international business development, will assume the new role of representative at NTVAP next month.<\/p>\n<p>The formation of the subsidiary follows Nippon TV\u2019s recent joint venture with Sony Pictures Television Networks to launch a new channel called GEM in Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia.
