\n\tSINGAPORE: In a move to accelerate the growth of its digital business, MediaCorp has brought in Shane Mitchell to serve in the newly created post of head of digital.<\/p>\n
\n\tMitchell will be responsible for driving a unified digital strategy across MediaCorp’s online and mobile properties, commercializing business lines, improving user experience and working on strategic partnerships. He will also focus on strengthening digital expertise across the organization. Mitchell was previously the CEO of Reddo Media Services, which specializes in app development and marketing, as well as providing commercial and branded content strategy for businesses. Previously he worked for Haymarket Media Group and Yahoo! in Sydney and in the U.K.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tIn this new role, Mitchell reports to MediaCorp's CEO, Shaun Seow.<\/p>\n
\n\t\tSeow commented: “Shane brings tremendous experience and practical expertise in digital to the role.
