He will be supported by the new hire of a director of TV operations, who will report to Worner.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPeter Zavecz has been promoted to CEO of Pacific Magazines. Responsibilities for Seven&rsquo;s presence in online and new forms of content delivery will be managed by Clive Dickens, the company&rsquo;s recently appointed chief digital officer. Dickens joins Seven West Media next month.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tChan, who has served as CEO of Pacific Magazines and COO of Seven West Media, is exiting the company as the COO post is removed from the management structure.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\n\t\tWorner said: &ldquo;We are sorry to be losing Nick. We will miss him. We are grateful to him for his contribution to the success of our business. He will always have a large number of friends at Seven and he has been a valuable colleague. Nick has built up a great team here and leaves the business in excellent shape.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t&ldquo;The new management structure streamlines reporting lines and responsibilities and is part of our ongoing plan of driving greater efficiencies and integration across our business as well as focusing on what we do best: creating content and delivering that content to our audiences anywhere anytime.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tChan said: &ldquo;Seven and especially Pacific Magazines have been a special part of my life. I feel privileged and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented, dedicated and passionate group of people.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tKerry Stokes, the chairman of Seven West Media, said: &ldquo;I and the Board endorse Tim&rsquo;s new structure and the drive to further enhance the company&rsquo;s performance. Nick has done a great job.
