Rinehart has been serving as director of the company since 2010.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tHamish McLennan, the executive chairman and managing director of Ten, commented: &ldquo;It has been a very great pleasure working with Mrs. Rinehart and I have appreciated her commitment and our discussions. I look forward to her ongoing involvement.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKlepec has been appointed director.
