\n\tSINGAPORE: SingTel has picked up the exclusive rights to screen this year’s World Cup to all televisions and mobile screens in Singapore.<\/p>\n
\n\tAs part of the deal, the telecommunications company will allow its customers to watch the soccer tournament for free. Also, all 64 matches will be available for the first time on-demand on tablets and smartphones through the company’s mio TV GO app.<\/p>\n
\n\tHowever, to watch the games, new customers would have to sign up for the Gold Pack or mio Stadium+ contract for 24 months, and existing customers would have to extend their contracts for two years as well. Soccer fans who don’t want to sign up for the packages will be able to access the matches on pay-TV platform by paying a one-time price of $105.<\/p>\n
