The rebranding follows a number of key hires meant to bolster the company&#039;s creative team. The transition, which will be taking place over the next few months, is expected to be completed by February.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tJaneen Faithfull, the CEO of Southern Star Entertainment, remarked: &quot;As Endemol Australia we&#039;ll continue to build on the heritage and successes of Southern Star.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;Since the &#039;70s this company has had several different incarnations and has evolved through the decades with a strong and valuable identity in drama and children&rsquo;s programs, and more recently in factual, reality and entertainment. We now produce content across all genres and media.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tShe added: &quot;Today we continue to be one of the most successful and prolific production companies in Australia and we belong to the Endemol group, the world&#039;s largest independent production company, with around 90 companies in over 30 countries.
