This includes <em>Serangoon Road<\/em>, a detective drama from Infinite Studios, HBO Asia and ABC TV (distributed by Content Television). &ldquo;The series, shot on location in Singapore, features a stellar cast, including Joan Chen, Russell Wong and Singapore&rsquo;s very own Chin Han,&rdquo; says Yeo Chun Cheng, the assistant CEO of industry at the MDA.
