The company will be renamed Mint Pictures and will be led by Kay and development producer Dan Goldberg. The focus will continue to be on the Asian market. <br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&ldquo;I&rsquo;m very excited about the future and my partnership with long standing colleague Dan Goldberg&mdash;our philosophy of producing innovative content in a creative style will remain the blueprint of the new media company,&rdquo; said Kay.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Neil Bailey, <\/span><\/span>North One Television&rsquo;s COO, added, &ldquo;We would like to thank Adam and his team for all of their hard work over the last five-and-a-half years.
