On Topas TV, Li joins the premium and lifstyle pack. It is offered through BizNet&#8217;s max3 within the family pack. LI offers viewers programming from the genres of food, home, wellness, travel and style. The channel carries a majority of English-language programming with 100-percent traditional Chinese subtitles.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Anne Chan, the general manager of Li, said, &ldquo;We&rsquo;re excited over the steady growth of the channel and our brand since our maiden launch back in 2009. These new carriage deals are ignited by the growing demand of the premium lifestyle programming that we offer.
