The hour-long doc will chronicle the installation of DYMM Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah from the state of Kedah as Malaysia&rsquo;s 14th king. He makes history as the first person to assume the throne for the second time. The agreement also includes the extension of the <em>Passage to Malaysia<\/em> campaign, with new episodes to be hosted by Denise Keller. The show will premiere on TLC in conjunction with Malaysia&#8217;s Merdeka celebrations this August. The <em>Passage to Malaysia<\/em> travel series provides a look into the country&#8217;s unique culture, traditions, people and history through the eyes and experiences of the host. Vignettes for the show will air on Discovery Channel and TLC in select markets. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Tom Keaveny, the president and managing director of Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, said, &ldquo;We are pleased to work together once more with our valued partners Tourism Malaysia, to chronicle a historic event in Malaysia&rsquo;s history, and to continue to bring our viewers everywhere the best of what the country has to offer through our high-quality brands.&rdquo;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Dato&rsquo; Azizan Noordin, acting director general of Tourism Malaysia, said, &ldquo;We welcome the opportunity by Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific to showcase this unique occasion to its worldwide audiences.
