Driver Dan’s Story Train to Air on Baraem TV

CANNES: twofour54 has sold the Arabic-language production of the hit series Driver Dan’s Story Train to the Al Jazeera Children’s Channel preschool service Baraem TV to air in the Middle East. 

The Arabic version is being produced by Blink Studios. Blink has produced 52 episodes that reflect the cultures of the Arabic-speaking world. The show’s live-action sequences feature local children. The post-production work is being done at twofour54 intaj.

Given that 35 percent of the region’s 340 million population are children under the age of 14, this indicates that the children’s market is one which has great potential in the region. This acquisition deal is testament to the production quality that is possible across the MENA region and we look forward to working with the team at JCC to make Captain Karim a much loved character for Arabic children.”
