Cineflix Lands 40 Hours of Commissions

LONDON, December 2: Cineflix has been
given the go-ahead on 40 hours of programming from the company's factual
division, including the production of a second season of Cold Blood for History Canada.

The new 13×1-hour second season of Cold Blood takes viewers to the scene of
an unsolved crime and puts together different theories to crack the case. The
series also airs on Five and Discovery Channel across Europe, the Middle East
and Africa as True CSI.

Eaten Alive is in production
for Animal Planet, Discovery Canada and Canal D. The 6×1-hour series recounts
attacks by some of the world's deadliest predators.

A second season of Urban Legends has been greenlit for History Canada and The BIO
Channel in the U.S. Each of the 15 half-hour episodes challenge viewers to
figure out whether stories are true, or whether they are just urban legends.

Psychic Investigator will be
produced for a third season. The 15×30-minute series will air on W Network in
Canada and The BIO Channel in the U.S. The show centers on real-life crimes
that are solved through the combination of hi-tech detective work and the
paranormal powers of a psychic.
