TAG Studios Preps Pilot for The Dramz

LOS ANGELES: TAG Studios has produced a pilot for The Dramz, a one-hour scripted dramedy series that follows a production company shooting a reality show.

The Dramz has tapped real life people to play the roles of the reality cast and the reality show will be promoted as a spin-off opportunity for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dana Wilkey. She will keep her real name and bring her Upper East Side friends Kristina Klebe and Rose Adkins. Ralph Farquhar (Married with Children, Moesha) has been attached as the showrunner and executive producer.

"There is no doubt in my mind that reality programming is a success due to the fact that viewers want to see real people, go through real things. In order to not lose this important aspect, I wanted to create a show that merged the two worlds together,” said Rose Adkins, the series creator. “The scripted content of the show will be based off of real-life experiences that have or are affecting the three girls in the reality cast.”
