SDI Media Taps Panavision Exec as CEO

LOS ANGELES: SDI Media has appointed Mark Howorth, formerly COO of Panavision, as its new CEO.

Howorth will report directly to SDI Media’s board of directors and will also have a seat on the board. Prior to his time at Panavision, Howorth served as CEO of National Mobile Television, one of the largest providers of television trucks/OB vans to the live-broadcast industry. He also spent 15 years at strategic management consultancy firm Bain & Company.
