SILVER SPRING: Redrum, a new crime drama featuring reverse storytelling, is scheduled to premiere on Investigation Discovery (ID) later this month.

Produced by Stephen David Entertainment, Redrum works its way backwards from the scene of a crime to the true motive behind the murder. The show, which uses stylized recreations, also features commentary from witnesses as well as friends and family members of the victims. The killers are also interviewed on occasion.

Redrum is set to debut on Tuesday, January 15 at 10 p.m. To complement the show’s premiere, ID has teamed up with Grubwithus.com to host murder mystery dinner events for fans in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta, among other major cities throughout the U.S.

"As a destination for people who crave crime and mystery programming, we are always searching for innovative ways to tell our stories and keep our audience captivated," said Henry Schleiff, the president and general manager of ID. "Redrum brings a unique angle and to me, there’s nothing ‘better for change’ than literally, flipping the script."
