Fukiko Ogisu Moves Up at Viacom

Fukiko Ogisu has been elevated to executive VP and chief people officer at Viacom.

In her newly created post, Ogisu will oversee the company’s human resources organization and associated functions, as well as Viacom’s security services. She will be part of Viacom’s senior leadership team, working under Christa D’Alimonte, the company’s executive VP, general counsel and secretary.

Ogisu first joined Viacom in 2008, most recently serving as senior VP of HR business operations and information solutions. Before joining the company, she worked at Microsoft for more than a decade in various product and business roles.
