Fox Taps DreamWorks Alum for Consumer Products Role

LOS ANGELES: Fox Television Group and Twentieth Century Fox Film have named Jim Fielding, a former DreamWorks Animation exec, as president of consumer products and innovation, effective today.

Based in Los Angeles, Fielding is responsible for licensing, product development and new business opportunities in the consumer retail space across both businesses and FX Networks. He most recently served as DreamWorks Animation’s global head of consumer products and retail. Before that, he was the CEO of Claire’s Stores, president of Disney Stores Worldwide and general merchandise manager for the co-ed division of Lands’ End.
