EPIX Slates Marvel Heroes Weekend

NEW YORK: EPIX is celebrating Stan Lee and his roster of legendary superheroes with Marvel Heroes Weekend, a programming stunt planned for April 27 to 29.

The marathon of movies will feature Iron Man 2, the world TV premiere of Captain America: The First Avenger and the EPIX original doc With Great Power: The Stan Lee Story. Lee will host the marathon, which will also include EPIX Extra: Mighty Movie Superheroes. The weekend celebration leads up to the highly anticipated theatrical release of The Avengers on May 4.
