Access to CBS and several other channels has been restored on DISH Network after the two companies clinched a new carriage agreement.

CBS, as well as CBS Sports Network, Pop and Smithsonian Channel, went dark on DISH this week after negotiations between the satellite operator and CBS Corporation broke down.

The multi-year carriage agreement covers CBS’s owned and operated local stations, as well as CBS Sports Network, Pop and Smithsonian Channel. Terms were not disclosed.

“We are grateful to our customers for their patience this holiday week as months of work has resulted in a deal that delivers CBS for years to come,” said Warren Schlichting, DISH executive VP of marketing, programming and media sales.
