dick clark productions Strengthens Team with Promotions

dick clark productions (dcp) has promoted three executives within its brand, marketing and digital strategy division.

Seasoned creative producer Rika Camizianos was elevated to the post of VP of creative content and post production. Marketing strategist Magdalena Mango was promoted to VP of brand strategy and integrated marketing, while veteran digital executive Michael Nieporent was upped to the role of VP of brand, marketing and digital strategy. Camizianos, Nieporent and Mango will continue to report to dick clark productions’ executive VP of brand marketing and digital strategy, Ariel Elazar.

In her new role, Camizianos will oversee the ideation and production of digital programming across the company’s social, digital and partner initiatives. Camizianos and her team will also lead the production of branded digital and social content for dcp’s tentpole events. In addition, she will continue to serve as executive producer of the Streamy Awards and red carpet live streams for the Golden Globe Awards, Billboard Music Awards and the American Music Awards.

In Mango’s expanded role, she will manage brand strategy and the team tasked with developing and executing integrated revenue-based partnerships for the company’s slate of music and entertainment properties. Prior to her latest promotion, Mango was a director of branded entertainment and integrated marketing. Mango manages significant client relationships and delivers integrations within dcp properties that accomplish key brand objectives.

In his expanded role, Nieporent will oversee partnerships, marketing and business development for digital efforts across the company’s properties, including perennials such as American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest and the Golden Globe Awards. Nieporent will also lead the growth strategy and global expansion of the Streamy Awards franchise. Nieporent has spent nine years at dick clark productions, where he began as an intern.
