A+E Networks’ annual upfront pitch featured a slate of presenters that was entirely female, including Olivia Munn, Kristin Davis and Queen Latifah.

Additional presenters were Marcia Clark, Leah Remini, Toni Braxton, Meg Gill and Mallory Pugh. The upfront presentation was held at the New York Public Library on March 15.

Themes covered during the presentation addressed the unique vision of each brand—Lifetime, A&E, Biography, HISTORY and VICELAND—and the stories that fuel them. A&E aims to uncover moments of truth through brave storytelling, HISTORY highlights how history is made every day through true stories of human endeavor, VICELAND examines the world we live in and explores the things that awaken our sense of wonder, Biography exposes the untold stories of meaningful events or personalities and their impact on our culture, and Lifetime champions every female’s right to be whomever and whatever she wants to be.

“Over the last three years, we have made a concerted effort to work with the best female storytellers across the industry on both sides of the camera,” said Peter Olsen, the executive VP of ad sales for A+E Networks. “These women have had a clear impact on elevating the cultural conversation, and we are proud to showcase not only some of their incredible work, but also many of their inspirational stories. And what better place to tell these important stories than at the historic New York Public Library.”
