ZED has secured several deals in the U.S., including teaming up with the American SVOD platform CuriosityStream to co-produce the documentary Ancient Earth.

Ancient Earth is a 90-minute documentary slated for a prime-time slot on France 5, with delivery scheduled for the end of 2018. Combining CGI, special effects and filmed sequences, the scientific film examines the five mass extinction events on Earth during the past 250 million years, which ultimately led to the emergence of humans.

In addition, ZED is co-producing the series Korea, the Never-Ending War with WETA/PBS. This marks the first co-production agreement between ZED and the American public broadcaster. Directed by John Maggio, the series tells the story of the Korean War.
ZED is handling worldwide distribution for the series.

ZED also sold the rights to the films The American Dreams of Bobby Kennedy and Hitler Youth to National Geographic in the U.S.
