Gusto has unveiled several new programs coming to the channel in July, with the culinary series The Latin Kitchen among the shows set to premiere at the beginning of the month.

The original Canadian series from Gusto Worldwide Media explores the culinary favorites of three chefs, Luis Valenzuela from Mexico, Luis “Tigretón” Leon of Spain and Juan Pablo González from Venezuela. Each episode will follow one of the three chefs as he uses an individual ingredient or regional flavor to create four recipes. The chefs introduce simple techniques and exotic ingredients. The 15×30-minute series will premiere on July 6 at 9:30 p.m. and will air on Thursdays at that time. The show was created by Chris Knight, the president and CEO of Gusto Worldwide Media.

In addition to The Latin Kitchen, Gusto’s lineup will feature four new series. The Fearless Chef will debut on July 5 and will air on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. The show follows chef Kiran Jethwa’s mission to discover natural ingredients and extreme methods of harvesting around the world. He journeys to Africa, Latin America and Asia, meeting interesting people and turning their harvest into tasty meals. Uprooted will air Thursdays at 9 p.m. starting July 6. The series sees mom and foodie Sarah Sharratt move to rural France and make special meals.

Gusto will also present Rick Stein’s Long Weekends. Premiering July 18 and running on Tuesdays at 9 p.m., the show takes viewers to weekend getaway destinations like Berlin, Bologna and Vienna to explore local markets and restaurants. Stein then returns to his own kitchen and teaches viewers how to prepare local meals from each location. Another new series is Meat vs. Veg, which will air on Mondays at 9:30 p.m. following its premiere on July 24. Two chefs will battle it out, with one preparing a vegetarian meal and the other making a dish with meat.

In addition, the competition series MasterChef Australia will return to Gusto for a seventh season on Monday, July 3, at 10 p.m.
