Raw Expands U.K. Factual Team with New Hire

Raw has appointed Liesel Evans as creative director of U.K. factual, marking the company’s second senior appointment following its acquisition by all3media.

Evans joins Raw from Century Films, where she served as director of programs. Her production credits include the 2017 BAFTA-nominated film Kids on the EdgeMarried Behind Bars and Bouncers for Channel 4; Mumbai High: The Musical and B is for Book for BBC Four; and two seasons of Parking Wars for ITV.

Raw’s founder, Dimitri Doganis, said, “I’m delighted that Liesel has agreed to join Raw; her commitment to intelligent and thought-provoking programs, combined with a finely tuned sense of what will appeal to a wide audience, is obvious in all she does.
