Promotions within Plimsoll Productions’ Creative Team

BRISTOL: Plimsoll Productions has elevated Martha Holmes to head of wildlife, Karen Plumb to head of features and daytime and Kate Beetham to head of development and executive producer.

In her expanded role, Holmes will continue to focus on landmark popular wildlife shows. Since joining the company, she has produced several series, including Life at the Extreme with Davina McCall (ITV), Predators Up Close (Discovery), Life of Dogs (Discovery) and Deadly Instincts (Nat Geo). Beetham’s expanded post sees her lead an enlarged development team focused on factual entertainment, features and specialist factual. Her Plimsoll executive producer credits include Pets Who Hate Vets (Channel 5) and Prom Crazy (ITV). In her new role, Plumb will take on the additional responsibility for overseeing daytime development and production, while continuing to serve as factual entertainment showrunner for Plimsoll, producing programs such as The Secret Life of the Family (Channel 5) and Rescue Dogs to Superdogs (Channel 4).

All three will continue to report directly to Grant Mansfield, CEO and founder.
