Paramount Network has partnered with Time Inc. Productions in a multi-project deal for premium non-scripted shows, which are currently in pilot production.

The collaboration, which kicks off on January 18, 2018, will feature series linked to Time Inc’s Sports Illustrated and Entertainment Weekly.

Sports Illustrated: True Crime (working title) will investigate the stories of athletes involved in criminal activity. The hour-long TV show is based on Sports Illustrated‘s multiplatform SI True Crime franchise. Each episode will be complemented by a piece on SI.com and in the print magazine. The project is being co-produced by Jerry Bruckheimer TV.

Another title ordered to pilot is Entertainment Weekly: The Bullseye, a late-night comedy panel/talk show based on the magazine’s column The Bullseye. The half-hour program will look on as a celebrity host and panelists debate which of the week’s pop-culture stories were either right on target or missed the mark. It is being made in association with Conveyor Media.

Chachi Senior, Paramount Network’s senior VP of alternative programming, will oversee the projects for the channel alongside Tori Socha, VP of development, and Dana Tuinier, VP of development and original programming.
