ITV Studios’ Shiver has been commissioned to produce Last Laugh in Vegas, featuring some of the most famous names in show business from the 1960s to 1980s, for ITV.

Last Laugh in Vegas will look on as showbiz legends leave the U.K. and live together in Las Vegas, where they will reminisce on their careers and prepare for a variety show at one of the city’s most iconic venues. There will be an hour-long special featuring the performance. The 5×60-minute program is being made out of Shiver’s offices in MediaCityUK and Leeds. It will be produced by Stuart Ramsay and series directed by Iain Thompson, with Mark Robinson and John Kaye Cooper executive producing alongside Shiver’s Sally Evans.

Evans said: “Working with our showbiz heroes and giving them the chance to go on a journey that genuinely means so much to each of them is such an exciting proposition. The entertainment community of Vegas won’t know what’s hit them!”

Siobhan Greene, ITV’s head of entertainment commissioning, added: “Last Laugh in Vegas is the chance for the audience to reconnect with true iconic entertainers as they get the trip of a lifetime to perform in the show-business capital of the world. You won’t believe the names we got, and I am so happy that they, and the audience, will get to see them living their dream.”
